Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and another with tracking when it ships.

Shipping times
After an order ships, delivery inside the United States usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on where you live. Customs, peak season, or the carrier can add time.

Estimated total time
From the day you order to the day it arrives: about 8–14 business days (processing + transit).

Shipping rates
Free shipping on all products to the United States. If a rate ever applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
When the order ships, we email you a tracking number. Give it 2–4 days after dispatch before the carrier page updates. You can also use Track my order on the site with your order number.

Customs and import duties
We ship to the United States. If you request delivery outside the US, customs fees or import duties may apply under that country’s rules. Those charges are yours and are not included in the product price.

Incorrect addresses
Check the address before you pay. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will try to stop or correct the shipment.
